Dog Sweater

I never thought, our dog would need a sweater, because his fur is long and dense. But since he has problems with his back for some time now, the vetenarian suggested he should have a coat. This is what I crocheted for him this weekend.

Cap

I’m very proud of this cap. I like the stitch but I don’t know how it is called. It looks braided. But I still have to add earflapps and a cord, so it won’t get lost.

Sore Throat

I’m ill. I’ve got a sore throat. I badly need a shawl. A cozy crocheted one. If you know a good pattern, please leave it here!

Fumo Poncho

I’ve finished the “Die Kleine Diana” poncho, made out of Fumo, by Lana Grossa. I really like that wispy-felty yarn, the stitch pattern, too. Concerning the pattern itself, I’m not sure. Although I had been keen on having an asymmetrical poncho for some time now. Anyway it’s as lightweight to wear as it was absolutely simple to crochet.

Holy Hooks

Holy Hooks

Could someone please translate this letter into Japanese:

Dear Mr. Clover,

I really like working with your “soft touch” crochet hooks. Since I got to know them, I didn’t use any other hook anymore. Unfortunately your product has one big drawback: There are no bigger hooks than size J! I love big yarn, though! If you would consider to produce your crochet hooks in bigger sizes, I would be overjoyed. I would vote for you at every man-of-the-year-contest, regardless how you look like. Even, if you are incredible fat or if your nose might be ridiculous twisted.

Regards
Jomo
